Steven will start in Southport on Thursday July 29th and travel for 10 days, finally arriving at Port Douglas, after retracing the route of the very first Queensland Bash. This is Steven’s first year participating in the Bash, and he is hoping to raise $10,000 for the special kids of Queensland.
Drivers spend the year before the bash preparing their vehicle and finding sponsorship for their vehicle. The sponsorship money raised goes to Variety Queensland, who provide much needed equipment to Queensland’s children in need. Last year gave $2.4 million worth of equipment, goods and services.
